Adam was an exceptional host (quick to respond with a great list of local recommendations to see / explore). The condo was perfect for our trip - and in an ideal location - walking distance to town!

We had a great stay at Adam’s place. We especially appreciated having a great backyard for the pup that stayed with us for a few days! He figured out the doggie door pretty fast…so convenient for us! Adam was very communicative and responsive to my messages. Would love to stay again when we’re back in the area. 😊

This was our first time at an Air B&B. Location was absolutely perfect for our visit. We had several appointments at the Mayo Clinic and needed a pet friendly location. The house is just as it’s pictured and my dogs loved the doggy door and good size backyard. If we are in need of a pet friendly home in phoenix again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Adam is a great host. The townhouse is excellent, walkable to Snow King and to Jackson square (and all the restaurants). He provided clear directions for checking in and getting situated, with some on-point local recommendations. All in all, a great place to spend the holidays!

Our stay was lovely . Great hosts . The house is a home , it’s got warmth and character . Not your usual rental facility . You were treated with respect and the responses were quick and helpful when needed.

Adam was very responsive and flexible throughout our stay. This property is especially amazing if you have kids. So many toys, a playset and the pool and hot-tub made for endless activities. Plenty of space for the whole family as well. Thanks Adam and Suzanne!

Fabulous home. We walked to town every night for dinner. 2 min walk to skiing, sledding and Moose Hockey games. Home was well equipped. Kitchen was appointed. Beds were comfortable. We will be back!
